I’m traveling the country, talking about meat. The top comment I hear is “I hate taking medicine!” I’m learning how desperate people are for truthful answers. So let’s have this conversation.

I am promoting Farmers, not pharmers.

First, let me be abundantly clear. I am not a doctor, I am not a scientist, I do not give health advice, and I am not telling you what to do. With nothing to sell, and everything to tell, I am a 53-year-old man who has lived a “typical/standard Western diet” lifestyle for most of my life. In the past half-decade, I learned more about what is proper nutrition and I realized I was able to match the successes of men and women all over the world when I followed their carnivore lifestyle lead. To that end, I hope to impart what I have learned, through their teachings and direction, which I am going to share with you.

I don’t really care what you prefer, whether it’s vegan, vegetarian, keto, ketovore, carnivore, fasting, pescetarian, or selectetarian. Let’s all agree on some basic concepts: Seed oils, sugar, and processed foods are killing you. Just because a cookie is “vegan” doesn’t mean it’s healthy. Oreos are vegan. There’s vegan waffles and syrup.

If you know what Keto is, then please know Carnivore is simply the next step of carb (sugar) reduction (to zero) in your food intake. It is far less about what you eat, and far more about what you do NOT eat. It doesn’t mean you live as a lion, it doesn’t mean you’re a cannibal and eat people (yes some people conflate these terms), and it certainly doesn’t make you a bad person. It means you eat primarily animal meat proteins and fats. It means you do not eat foods with a bunch of processed ingredients. In the process of talking about this, I’m also going to explain how seed oils are killing you.

As a carnivore, I have turned down the volume on carb (sugar) intake, and I attribute this “volume knob” to Dr. Ken Berry, who coined this and many other valuable terms in this space. Through his teachings, and those of others, we will show you combined decades of personal clinical-based factual knowledge that will help you get off medications, keep you healthy, and allow your body to thrive at any age. Dr. Eric Berg, a forefront specialist in the Keto space, will advise you to stay below 50g of carbs per day for optimal health. KetoVore is somewhere between 0 and 50g, and dogmatic Carnivore, Lion Diet, and Fasting is 0g of carbs.

You’ll have many questions, and I trust the most common questions are answered right away for you in some of the pages on this site. Many pages have videos attached so you don’t have to read the text, especially if you’re driving. Let this act as a “podcast” so to speak.
