Cooking Professionals

These professionals will set you on the right course and
prove that Carnivore Meal Prep can't be boring!

Perhaps the worlds foremost expert on the “try it and see” approach, Guga and his team bring you exciting ways to prepare beef. If you’ve wondered about a seasoning, he’s probably done it. His sides seem amazing and I can’t comment on those, but the sides are what will get you in health trouble, so please concentrate on his meat prep. Guga’s Dry Brine technique for preparing steaks is exactly how I do mine.

King of the smoker, Matt is the founder of Meat Church BBQ in Waxahatchee Texas. His rubs are out of this world, and I use his Holy Cow almost exclusively on my meat preps. I even put it on my chicken, scrambled eggs, bacon, and burgers! I  love his approach because his passion is so evident in all of his videos.

If you want an excellent rub that isn’t full of sugar and harmful ingredients, you must try Holy Cow.

Kita Roberts, aka Girl Carnivore! is an award-winning chef (and much more) who specializes in recipes for meat lovers. While there are sides and ingredients in some of her recipes that are not dogmatic meat-only, you will learn great techniques for your meat prep you can do in your own kitchen that will amaze you, your family, and your friends.

You want Hardcore? Jess Pryles, known as the Hardcore Carnivore, is an expert open-flame carnivore chef. When you flip through her recipes, you will likely have trouble deciding which to make first. This is a great thing, because you will struggle to get bored as a Carnivore!

Warning: The Cheesy Tex Mex Meatballs may change your life.
